In an effort to improve school practices, Pinellas MYcroSchool is conducting a Parent Survey as a part of our ongoing AdvancED accreditation. You are receiving this survey as your student was enrolled in our program during the 2016-2017 school year.

MYcroSchool is using the AdvancED Parent Survey as a means to elicit your opinions to help target .areas for the school system to improve and for us to continue to be effective. The various sections on the survey represent the five AdvancED Standards for Quality School Systems and provide a means for learning about parent expectations of a high quality school system. '

Please complete the enclosed survey {3-pages, both front and back) and return to us by Wednesdav, May 31, 2017. All responses received by the deadline will be eligible for a$25 gift card drawing.

If you have not yet re-enrolled your student for the 2017-18, please contact the school immediately for an application. Re-enrollment application deadline is May 19th.
