MYcroSchool Pinellas High School was honored to participate in the celebration of the “King’s Dream Unite” unveiled at the historic Manhattan Casino on Monday, January 18. The project was made possible by service award from the MLK Day of Service Project.

The picture at right shows the Mt. Zion Impact dance troupe and MYcroSchool Pinellas students as they rehearse the dance routine with Ms. Helen Hansen French and Ms. La’Ford on January 14.

Ms. Jacqueline Williams Hubbard, President of St. Pete Chapter, The Association for the Study of African American Life and History (ASALH), which is working as a community partner with MYcroSchool Pinellas. She delivered a moving history of the Manhattan Casino and other significant community landmarks.
